I have been asked to make a drama TV series to attract younger audiences back to BBC3 (specially 16-21 years old). I will be deciding the subgenre and also the amount of episodes and series and I will be posting my episodes every Friday. I have a low budget of £800,000 so i will need to spend my money wisely. BBFC rating of 15 and i must not exceed this limit and must also meet all OFCOM regulations. I will have to make my plan in a report-style proposal document.
Explicit content - I must keep the BBFC rating of 15 and i must keep in the regulations of OFCOM, i must not include any extreme content such as porn, gore, or anything classed as sensitive. Also, it must not have alot of swear words in. I have a budget of £800,000 so i must keep within my budget and not overspend on things i dont need.
Implicit - I have control over what genre, scenes, storyline will be in the music video, I can create my own subgenre but it has to be original, I decide the narrative and what will be in the music video aslong as it meet the regulations.
